  8. This will start the program and the main menu will appear.

  14. Punctuation Fundamentals is a program which explains the rules for the
  15. correct usage of punctuation.  It was written for the person  who  may
  16. have  forgotten  the  correct  usage of abbreviations, the apostrophe,
  17. capitalization, the colon, comma, dash, hyphen, parentheses, quotation
  18. mark, the semicolon and  more!   This  handy  reference tool is short,
  19. concise, and has a great user interface.   Will  run  on  any  IBM  or
  20. compatible.
